AP Interior Architecture - Design Process - What the Client Gets
Each client will receive a detailed project folder, enabling them to either take the project forward themselves or, if AP Art & Design is managing the project, to know exactly what is going on.
The project folder will include:
I. Technical Documentation
- Drawings to scale.
- Survey of interior.
- Functional plan, detailing where partition walls, doors, windows, lights, light switches, electrical sockets, waste pipes, radiators, etc will be.
II. Visualisations
- All the above in 3D for easier visualisation.
III. Specifications
- List of quantities of materials, white goods, fixtures and fittings and how much they will cost and where they will be sourced.
IV. Timescales
- Estimate of how long it will take to do drawings and specifications - should be between one and three months, depending on the size and scale of the project.
